This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Cul-AI subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions and Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting our team.
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterward.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and any applicable VAT is handled in line with ZATCA requirements.

Where a free trial or onboarding period is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
