1. Subscriptions and Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting our team.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterward.
2. Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, and any applicable VAT is handled in line with ZATCA requirements.
3. Free Trials and Onboarding
Where a free trial or onboarding period is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
