The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Cul-AI and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party products, such as payment or messaging providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
8. Availability and Support
We aim to keep the Service available and to provide support during business hours, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cul-AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
